Stephanie found reliable contractors for us, took it upon herself to fix a few minor things, and even managed the daunting task of tracking down all the necessary HOA paperwork (this was not her job, but the HOA people made it extremely difficult). !! Christine and Stephanie were absolutely the most amazing realtors to work with, very thorough and professional: but mostly great to work with. Listed my house and within a week or two had a contract. Made sure they stayed on top of all the paperwork that needed to be handled in a timely manor .
